Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Syntera Tech’s website, services, or Startup Lens program, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
Eligibility
Our services are intended for businesses and individuals who can enter legally binding agreements. By using our services, you confirm you meet these requirements.
Scope of Services
Syntera Tech provides technology consulting, development, staffing, and digital solutions. Startup Lens is a program under Syntera Tech, designed to evaluate startups, connect them with potential investors, and provide subsidized development services.
Confidentiality and NDA
All submissions to Startup Lens are treated as confidential from the moment they are received. Formal NDAs are required before any introductions or discussions with our team.
Startup Lens Terms
- Submissions may be rejected at our sole discretion.
- Startups that qualify and secure funding will engage Syntera Tech under agreed terms.
- Development services may be subsidized up to $100,000 in exchange for a service fee plus 1–3% equity.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, code, designs, and deliverables developed by Syntera Tech belong to the client upon full payment. Startup submissions remain the property of the founders.
Payment and Equity
For standard client engagements, services are billed according to agreed contracts. For Startup Lens, subsidized billing plus equity applies as outlined above.
Right to Reject
We reserve the right to decline services, submissions, or partnerships without obligation to provide justification.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided “as is.” Syntera Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a revised date.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
