- Facilitate NDA and introduction processes for qualifying submissions.
- Share vetted startup submissions with relevant investors (only after your consent).

Startup Lens Submissions
We use collected information to:
Submissions to Startup Lens are treated as confidential by default, even before an NDA is executed. However, the formal NDA stage occurs after partial evaluation and before any face-to-face/introductory call with Syntera Tech’s team.
- Confidentiality Assumed: All submissions are handled with strict confidentiality during initial review.
- NDA Requirement: Before any deeper engagement or investor introduction, a binding NDA is signed.
- Right to Reject: Syntera Tech and Startup Lens reserve the right to reject any submission at any stage without obligation to proceed or provide feedback.
- Investor Sharing: Submissions are only shared with vetted investors in our network, and only after consent.
- Retention Period:
- Submissions not moving forward are deleted within 12 months.
- If accepted under NDA, they may be retained longer for the duration of the engagement.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal or business data. Information may only be shared in the following cases:
- With vetted investors (with your consent, under Startup Lens).
- With third-party vendors who support our operations (e.g., hosting, cloud services).
- When legally required or to protect rights, safety, or property.
Data Security
